@nerdybutcute @siege I didn't even know this was possible until my GP said she recommends starting with E only, and only adds an anti androgen if T isn't dropping from that alone.
I knew monotherapy was technically possible but I thought it was much harder/rarer.

@nictea @siege@octodon.social yeah, i did some research on the Powers method and talked to my hormone doc about it and she was like, "cool, let's try it." i got full suppression on just 6mg/day sublingual. YMMV of course. but still. it was a wonderful surprise, but a big surprise nonetheless.
bookmarked. ONly on 2mg atm with 50mg spiro. wondering where my levers are at atm
