@MatthewTitus88 This is kind of a “cinema extreme”(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extreme_cinema) psychosexual nightmare that could be a veiled allegory for AIDS or Queer desire or just shame in general (this one is most likely since this is a Japanese film)
