Go into garage and get this look.

a running belt with water bottles on top of Ryobi table saw looks like eyes being rolled towards ceiling, the angle adjust of saw kind of like a mouth. There’s also other warmer weather activity items piled on saw because that’s how I organize.

FACES. We all have them. They fascinate me. Expressions in particular - from subtle to extreme.

OLD PAPER. These too share qualities of human expression. From long ago handwritten notes, aged newspapers and maps to worn paper stained with time. In this series of prints, I combine them to create whimsical "stories" about the nature of being human.

I may live to regret this...

The last batch I made of Tomato jam with habanero pepper mellowed quite a bit in the jar and is tasty but not spicy.

With a glut of tomatoes from the garden & more peppers ripening by the day, I've decided to make a 2nd batch. This one with 2 habaneros & 1 jalapeño.

Also, this was by chance, but it looks like a face!

Chopped tomatoes, sugar, salt, and spices simmering in a pot. Floating in the tomatoes are 2 habanero and 1 jalapeño pepper. The way they are arranged makes it look like a face with the habaneros for eyes and the jalapeño a horizontal mouth
