Years ago, one of my Psych profs changed my life with sage advice after questioning how many of us felt overwhelmed.

He said, “What if, instead of saying yes unless you can think of a good reason to say no, you flip the script and say no…unless there’s a good reason to say yes.”

That was about 37 years ago, and I’m still living by that philosophy. People are sometimes surprised when you say no, but they’ll live…and you’ll be healthier & happier.
