@hpkomic This. My dream is that there's a time traveling kaiju swapping between eras. So like when it goes back to the 70s, everything's shot on period-accurate cameras with models and the 73 suit and painted-onto-filmstock atomic breath and everything exploding with sparks and jazzy 70s music like in Megalon and Mechagodzilla. Then repeat that approach with going back into black and white, or into the Heisei era, or Shin.
@hpkomic Ultraman does it all the time, and we know Toho at the very least has the 2004 suit they use for their anniversary shorts and the 54 replica that was in that coffee commercial and that other short. A Showa/Heisei/Millennium No Way Home team-up against, let's say, a dimension hopping version of Gigan (or a new monster made for the concept) would kick ass.
@hpkomic And Godzilla vs. Godzilla was always an exciting concept to lil me. Shin vs Monsterverse makes the most sense to me.
