What? I came on here because I got a shitton of notifications from an old viral post & then nothing from ANYONE, and it seems that there's a notifications filter that either I never noticed before or is new? And it *appears* that it checks all the boxes by default, and that the boxes being checked does the opposite of what you'd think, i.e., if you check the box it *doesn't* filter? I don't know, it's early- I briefly tried to figure it out & now I'm confused.
God, this platform is frustrating.

An engrossing cosmic horror novel w/ a splash of police procedural, THE HOUSE AT BLACK TOOTH POND is terrific. Stephen Mark Rainey skillfully brings to life the town & legends of Aiken Mill, its residents, and the mysterious goings-on - which all conspire to produce an eerie, entertaining read. I come on here for the first time in forever & my feed is absolutely filled w oblivious or uncaring people sharing AI images & memes. 🤮

On Bluesky, there are labelers that mark these images + there are lists to block people who repeatedly share them.

The labelers are also helpful for people who aren't sure how to recognize them, which seems to be an awful lot of you. I beseech you to look up how to determine if an image is AI, or run suspect images thru Hive.
