@jacklaridian @nando161 Capitalist corporations are inherently regressive and the last place where autocratic authoritarian command structures are accepted without a hint of democratic legitimacy. They are the last place where limited pacts of subjection are seen as valid and legitmate in the form of the employer-employee contract.
I would argue that worker coops are an example of progressive companies
