We just watched the #Netflix documentary about #xanax and it just made me wish I had some. I have never posted about my addiction issues publicly, but I think it might help me or someone else. #addiction
@holli Xany bars were definitely part of my overall #addiction. Back in the early oughta docs would write insane scrips. I do think my personal addiction was largely self-medicating behavior, but too extreme.
It’s hard to find a good psychiatrist, but I’m on a low dose of Valium, Lamtrogine, and Vibryd (formulary replacement for nefazodone since it’s no longer in regular use and notbworth compounding anymore I guess).
@grryboy mine was most definitely self medicating from a young age. I’m glad you’ve found a helpful regimen. :)
