@zeri honestly, I'm researching so I'm not totally clear. I wonder if there are any #EU #legal folks who might have a good idea.

It *looks* like there are clear violations. I *think* one step would be making a SAR to a specific owner and requesting data, but you'd have to know their address. There's definitely a gap.

Tesla itself should also be subject to the requests, so I think that is just someone finds a lawyer and starts a lawsuit. If this was the US, I'd probably be able to find someone but I'm not familiar with the law here so I'm going to have to do more research unless someone else can take the lead.

Edit: seems like it's probably "pick a target that you can get an address for, make sure you could possibly be on video, and start demanding data."
