When do you need an ePub professional?
Draft2Digital's tools may be sufficient for ePub and for print layout on an uncomplicated mss. Complex manuscript, unusual elements, just don't like the results from them? Hiring a pro is the way to go!

4P's bank charges 4P a fee A for sending money here. My bank of course charges me B for receiving the money. By my and 4P's banks do not talk to each other, so there's a 3rd bank (!!!). This 3rd bank ALSO charges a fee C.
Now.
Who should pay C? I'm already agreeing to eat my bank's fee, even when the agreed amount was X and not X-B. A is already a couple of nice outings with my kids a year, and C is triple that.
I'm going to ask them to send me money every 2-3-4 months.
