I've legitimately reached a point with <a href="https://gamepad.club/tags/PathOfExile" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>PathOfExile</span></a> II where I am enjoying myself, but this morning I talk about progressing through maps and craving some sort of system to deterministically allow me to run the same content over and over. Belghast<p>I just got the Lake of Kalandra map in <a href="https://gamepad.club/tags/PathOfExile" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>PathOfExile</span></a> II and that was cool. Wildly different than the Lake of Kalandra mechanic from the first game, but still a really cool visual.</p>
KFears<p><span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://mstdn.games/@crapknocker" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@<span>crapknocker</span></a></span> I played 0.1 for some 150 hours, and I tried my very best to give it the best chance. Haven't played 0.2, and not going to.</p><p>Aside from a lot of mismanagement, I feel like the game is simply very confused as to what it's trying to be. Slow speed and dodge roll emphasize careful movement, and mobs and bosses pack a punch. This works pretty well in the early campaign and at bosses. The wolf boss is fantastic, and is to me what the game is really about.</p><p>But this doesn't last. To make this work, you need to fight few mobs at a time, and the loot from them must be great. But what happens instead is you have poe1-style white mobs and ridiculous rares rushing you at mach 3 speeds while dropping no loot. The best counterplay is to oneshot them before they reach you - but then you are just playing a slow, clunky, no-content version of poe1.</p><p>Devs consider it a feature. Belghast<p>Morning Folks. Yesterday, there was a pretty significant patch for <a href="https://gamepad.club/tags/PathOfExile" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>PathOfExile</span></a> II, and as such, I spent the night playing through the campaign on an alt. Belghast<p>So far the <a href="https://gamepad.club/tags/PathOFExile" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>PathOFExile</span></a> II patch seems really solid. I've been playing my baby minion character and I zipped through act 1 without any significant issues. Essentially playing raging spirits and arsonists like I did last league and it works well enough.</p>

Belghast<p>LOL that was the most passive-aggressive <a href="https://gamepad.club/tags/PathOfExile" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>PathOfExile</span></a> trade I have ever had.</p><p>I am back playing Phrecia because POE2 was ass... and getting a heavy trade volume this morning which makes me things others are doing the same.</p><p>I have a dump tab for jewels and pretty much put 20c on all of them. Guessing the player had a problem with the price because they traded me the currency one chaos orb in the window at a time.</p>
