Who are your favourite #BoardGames content creators?
My go-to channel is Sir Thecos. He showcases a lot of solo games in an engaging, enthusiastic style. And his voice is very melodic!
I also like Slickerdrips. Tom presents lengthy play-throughs in a straightforward way that helps me decide if a game is for me.
And a shoutout to Board Game Garden. Jenna shows off beautiful games and while they aren’t always for me, I find her channel to be great comfort viewing.
@emmahunneyball Quite specific to #gamedesign and #boardgamedesign, my favorite podcast for #boardgames is #TheGameDesignRoundtable. This podcast has been running since 2015 or so. A huge amount of insight there. Another that I like is #Ludology.
I love the old #ShutUpAndSitDown with Paul. I felt like he helped balance things out. I know tons of people love them still though and I'd recommend giving it a go.

@grryboy great recommendations! I’ll definitely give SUSD a go after hearing so much conversation about them.
@emmahunneyball @grryboy they are definitely worth a watch, even though I often disagree with their reviews. I sometimes feel they are looking for the next gag more than they need to be.
@neildixon @emmahunneyball The biggest miss I ever had from a #ShutUpAndSitDown review was the game #LadiesAndGentleman.
It didn't really feel like a #boardgame to me. It felt more like a #rpgOnRails. That might've been okay had I wanted to role play polite society, but the review didn't make this clear at all. I learned to be weary
