I thought I should try to post & find some friends with some of the same passions. I love #horror (really #movies in general), #scifi - and esp #sciencefiction #books. I’ve been going to see #livemusic since I was a baby. I love LOVE #radiohead #JackWhite and #thirdmanrecords. I am obsessed with my #cats #dog and #rabbit. I love #gardening and #birdwatching. I’m in therapy for hyper-empathy and my personality is that of a care giver. I am excited to find mutuals!
@holli Welcome, holli. I look forward to getting to know you. My wife is such a great #carepartner, as I have #YOPD #Parkinsons . I can only empathize and realize that life can often be as tough if not more so for you all as is it can be for us.
@grryboy my dad has the worst kind of Parkinson’s. I am so glad you have a wonderful partner. I’m happy to meet you and I’m excited to get to know you. 
@holli I'm assuming by worst kind you mean he is in the final stages or he has very bad and challenging Parkinson's symptoms?
I'm very sorry to hear that.
@grryboy dad has the type with physical symptoms closer to ASL, which is apparently different from two of our family friends, as they mostly have the tremor. Dad is losing his ability to swallow, etc. I think it is multiple symptom atrophy. I am not trying to cause you any worry.
