Justice is a regulative ideal to be continuously strived for, but given the inherent Demiurgic will/factor in human beings – one inherited from the dissociated ground of Being, or Being as a Mind divided - it is something that will never be fully attained.
The inherent unpredictability, and sheer radical plenitude of Being will always make possible the eruption of some form of destabilizing novelty that sabotages any given balanced harmonious state of affairs achieved among individuals.
Notwithstanding, given the Sophianic will/factor within the human machine – one which all men and women of sound mind are phenomenologically well-acquainted with - we have the capacity to posit ideals in which we can conceive/imagine ourselves as transcending that Demiurgic will/factor in us– life as irrational/immoral/exploitative will to power - and thus, form a model of society based on an ideal like radical social and economic justice within a constitutional framework.
It is the presence of that transcendental aspect alone that makes us unique among all the others beings in nature, and failure to pursue ideals posited by that Sophianic will/factor in us is to disown it, and therefore, to be less than fully human as transcendentally moral, transcendentally rational, transcendentally imaginative beings.
